Job Title: Farm Manager
Location: Ogun State
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall management of the farm operations to achieve set productivity targets
- Work planning, supervision, coaching, training and discipline of staff to ensure employee motivation and productivity
- Ensure a clean and safe farm environment
- Ensure that records of farm operations are properly kept and reported to management
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of all farm equipment and facilities
- Budgeting for farm operations and controlling actions to achieve the budget
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in Animal Science from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which 3 years must be at a senior level
- A hands-on practical individual that can build systems, people and processes and Implement
