Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
Employment Type: Full time
Duties/Responsibilities
- Logging customer/employee queries
- Providing technical support across the company
- Updating & maintaining the company’s websites
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Updating email database both on mail chimp and local email database
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, applications, networks, printers and scanners.
Requirements
- Qualification: BSc
- Experience: 3 - 5 years
