Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our company is looking for maintenance coordinators that are trustworthy. The ideal candidates should be able to maintain mostly company's facility electrical equipment and appliances or provide appropriate supervision and guidance for their repair.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work on and delegate maintenance tasks to the rest of the team.
- Ability to find relevant service providers as well as vendors.
- Developing suitable maintenance plans for the facility equipment and implementing them.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are consistently met.
- Always keep track of inventories of supply and material.
- Ability to source and purchase any equipment or parts, tools, or materials that may be required.
- See to update maintenance logs for all appliances.
- Ensuring basic tools and appliances are in good working order by performing regular inspections and maintenance.
- Assessing procedures while also making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- OND/HND or First degree in Engineering.
- Relevant licenses and certificates will be advantageous.
- Training in electricity, mechanical drawing, woodworking as well as blueprint reading will be of added advantage.
- Experience in Repair work
- Good hand and eye coordination as well as physical strength.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Word and Excel.
