An indigenous Well Services Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Electronic Gauge Engineer
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Discuss each specific job assignment’s preliminary requirements and customers’ operating requirements with Supervisor.
- Run gauges and associated downhole tools to measure and record well parameters at well-site following the standard safety procedures.
- Provides advice to support running or pulling of sub-surface devices, to assure the operators that the tubing is unobstructed down to required work depth.
- Participates actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to slick-line operators.
- Liaise with team members and Supervisor on the required equipment, tools and consumables (downhole etc.) for specific assignments.
- Works alongside the Supervisor in ensuring the personnel and equipment are adequately prepared.
- Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and must possess the relevant qualification.
