Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Generate sales
- Contact customers
- Analyse and investigate the needs of the customer and proffer solution by tactfully offering our products
- Ensure adherence of terms and conditions of sales
- Arrange appointments with project team (Architects, Quantity
- Surveyors, Project Manager, etc.)
- Make presentations to the project staff and to all the necessary personnel related to the sector to understand customer challenges
- Build and maintain positive connections and working relationships with project team and also with the supporting administration
- Develop customer base.
Qualification/Experience
- The ideal candidate must be particularly interested in selling. Any degree is acceptable.
- Candidate must demonstrate proof that he/she is able to deliver sales consistently.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Must live in Abuja or be ready to relocate at own costs
- Must be open to traveling on short notice as the job may demand
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skill
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Driving skill will be an added advantage
- Good presentation skill
- Excellent persuasive skill
- Self starter.
