Job Description
- The company is seeking to appoint Executive Director, Agric Business to take over all aspects of the management of its agricultural activities
- This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate looking for something challenging and where they can genuinely make an impact on the running of a growing business.
Responsibilities
- This will include providing strategic direction and sustainable development to the board; designing; planning and implementing the company’s agricultural production and agric business activities; assessing profitability; setting budgets; farm management; human resource development & management;
- Relationships building with all the agric businesses of the company, and all other service providers;
- Handling all areas of good agricultural practices and compliance audit for all the companies agric related businesses.
Qualifications
- At least a Master's Degree in Agriculture Economics, Agriculture Production or any Agric related disciplines with 5 -7 years minimum working experience at Executive level.
Requirements:
- The individual must demonstrate strong management skills, first class communication and leadership skills and a proven track record at executive level in private sector management are absolutely essential.
