A multi-disciplinary organization with equity investment interests in manufacturing, project management and consultancy seeks an experienced top executive as member of its management team. It presently operates in Southwest Nigeria including Lagos. Its business portfolio includes business activities in Infrastructure, manufacturing, agro-aliled business, solid minerals, real estate/construction and selected commercial business areas.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Regional Executive
Location: Ogun
Area of Coverage: Southwest Nigeria (including Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti and Lagos).
Main Tasks
- Identification of business opportunities and developing them in those states
- Preparation of business plans and submit to management for approval
- Execution and implementation of the plans from conception to completion after approval
- Project Management from project identification to land acquisition, community engagement, government engagement and organising the project team for implementation
- Company representation at the highest levels of both and private sectors in those states
- Managing the regional office efficiently. Including staff and administration duties

- Ability to multi-task, work irregular hours, and manage projects at various locations on-going simultaneously
- Project management skill
- Public relations skill
- An engaging personality to cope with various dynamics of the business
- High numerical and analytical skill including finance, marketing and operations
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with Word, Excel and accounting software
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree with a second degree in Business related discipline
Experience:
- Not less than 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience with the last 5 being at General Manager level
