Job Title: Logistic Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all operations that have to do with our supply chain.
- Managing and organizing inventory, transportation as well as storage.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, routing and preparing purchase orders.
- Making sure there are safe and timely pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Monitoring and tracking orders, timelines, costs, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with retailers and suppliers.
- Answering customer requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- HND/OND/NCE in Social Science Courses.
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics and related disciplines will be advantageous.
- Experience in logistics management required.
- Working knowledge of ISO requirements and all legal regulations on supply chains and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites as well as logistics applications.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
