Requirements
- The ideal candidate must possess a HND/B.Sc in Microbiology/Chemistry/Biochemistry
- S/he must have a strong food safety, quality management background, analytical skill and preferably a qualified analyst and member of the TPAN or SPAN
- Candidate must have risen to a minimum of Assistant Quality Assurance Manager position
- S/he must be at least HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System and risk analysis.
