Mainstream Energy Solutions Limited (MESL) is the concessionaire of Kainji and Jebba Hydro Power Plants (HPP) with an installed capacity of 760MW and 578.4MW respectively and a total installed capacity of 1338.4MW. The two hydro plants are 100km apart with Kainji dam being on the upstream of Jebba both drawing water from the same source, Niger River.

- Ideal candidate will have at least 15 years experience in managing an academy embedded in an organisation, 3 of which should include decision making.
- Will operate from a remote location but with periodic flights out.
