Requirements
- B.Sc/HND/PGD/City & Guild in Management/Production (Management Option)
- Master baking catering or home economics with a practical hands on experience of not less than 5 years in a factory setting for food processing/production and packaging in the FMCG industry
- He/She must be a qualified/Certified Master Baker.
