PrimewaterView Limited is recruiting to fill the following position:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- The contract/facility manager will be directly in charge of the overall day to day management of the facility through implementation of the policies, procedures and programs required by the client and industry regulations.
- The ultimate goal is to assure a well-managed and maintained property with an emphasis on proactive maintenance and a positive and timely response to the concerns and needs of the clients occupying the property.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences, Engineering or Real Estate Management
- 7 years relevant experience three of which must have been at senior management level in facilities management or real estate
- Experience working in commercial facility/multi-tenanted retail center would be an added advantage.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Project management
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Budgeting and reporting
- Highly articulate with strong oral and written communication skills
- HSE Management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools.
