Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Have an understanding of current technologies
- Must bring a collaborative mindset and serious work ethic
- Work closely (and harmoniously) with the design, planning and business development teams
- Think creatively and critically about every assignment understand the project goals, client needs, and studio agenda
- Manage projects and ensure they executed timely, efficiently and to specification
- Experiment and explore to improve the studio’s process and deliveries
- Assist in planning overall company policy regarding search engine optimization and web development
- Analyze, review and modify web systems by designing, maintaining, documenting, testing and developing web systems
Skills and Specifications:
- 3-5 years Experience
- A good first degree in relevant to field, international certification in web, online or software development
- Proficiency with web, mobile, and social technologies
- HTML and HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone, JS and other JavaScript libraries, PHP, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Popular APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google services, etc.)
- An ability to work well with others and think clearly under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to utilize SQL technologies
- Good graphics skills
- Familiar with web development regulations
- Be innovative and reliable
- Strong problem solving skills
