Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience.
- Must have experience in an ISP environment be it Corporate or Retail. FMCG will be an added advantage
- Must have experience as a Marketing communication agency.
- Affiliation with relevant professional bodies
KPIs
- Increase in brand awareness in targeted sectors and Markets
- Increase Marketing Return on Investment (MROI)
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Churn (Customer Attrition Rate)
- Increase viable lead generation that will increase revenue
- Increase Social Media Traffic translating to increased Leads and Increase in Conversion Rates
- Execute Annual Marketing Plan.
