Glassforce, a Chagoury Group partner company, is a state of the art glass manufacturing plant located in Abia State Nigeria. They supply about 90% of their products to one of the leading breweries in Nigeria owned by Heineken, distillers, pharmaceuticals, food/beverages outfits etc.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Logistics Manager
Location: Aba, Abia
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply, Economics, Business Studies or other related Social Sciences discipline
- Five (5) years' cognate experience in a manufacturing firm particularly in shipping transaction management
- At least 3 years managerial or senior supervisory experience,
- Microsoft friendly and proficient in the use of sage.
- Knowledge of Nigeria importation and exportation policies/regulations,
- Strict adherence to operational standards & safety rules and regulations,
- Ability to follow instructions, maximized time & meet targets,
- Strong ability in warehousing, timely material delivery tracking approach,
- Membership of professional bodies will be a comparative advantage.
