Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Maintain company's confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Payroll preparation and management
- Act on behalf of the management in relation to external officers' request.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors honors Degree in Accounting, Business Management or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Accountant in a SME and in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Good analytical and data accuracy skills.
- Leadership skills.
Salary Ranges
From N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
