We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Networking, CCNA/CCNP Instructor
Location: Lagos
Duties
- Provide quality and engaging instruction, supporting documentation, proctor and other services as required.
- Teach Cisco Network Academy CCNA and/or CCNP courses leading to CISCO certification.
- Teach CCNA/CCNP using the Cisco Net academy or current simulation software
- Maintain industry certification updates.
- Provide timely, quality access to students through posted office hours, electronic communication and other appropriate methods.
- Communicate to management requirements for textbooks, handouts, supplies and equipment.
- Ensure attendance is fully updated and accurate all times regarding student attendance and grade record information.
- Communicate to management requirements for textbooks, handouts, supplies, equipment, exam vouchers and other items needed with sufficient notice to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement prior to class.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation related to instructional and the quality of education.
- Make sure that you are in the building for the duration of your class.
- Pre/post class preparation and Instruction in required subjects.
Requirements

- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, and student engagement.
- Cisco hardware.
- LAN/WAN/ VLAN experience.
- Must At least have current CCNP Netacad instructor certificate.
- Must be able to setup CCNP labs in class.
- Must be able to use GNS3.
- Knowledge of Networking methodologies.
- Must have current certifications in subjects taught. (90-day introductory period may be provided).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Positive attitude with great customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; dedicated to quality, quantity, and timeliness of results.
- Excellent attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe, and ability to learn additional software products.
- Exhibits flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
