We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recruitment Analyst
Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Job Description
- Hunt for Job Openings via cold calling to identify organizations looking to fill new roles.
- Review and analyze resumes that best fits for different job openings.
- Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques.
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Carry out recruitment processes to meeting up with clients expectation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Min of 1-2 years’ experience in Business Development, Marketing or Human Resources.
- Candidates must be resident in Obanikoro, Gbagada,Palmgroove or its environs
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes.
