Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assign installation and complaint to service engineers
- Monitor various sites for issues
- Escalate Service related issues
- Ensure compilation of all job completion report
- Followup with Engineers to ensure that task/installation are completed on time
- Liase with customers for prompt resolution of complaint or issues
- Update Service software as at when due
- Monitoring Service engineer expenses
- Escalating Services engineers work related issues.
