Job Title: Junior Restaurant Cook
Location: Lagos (Yaba, Shomolu, Bariga, Sabo, Gbagada, Mile 12, Ketu, Ojota)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare menu schedule for the day
- Prepare Ingredient for cooking
- Ensure restaurant menu standards are met
- Create good and clean cooking environment according to environmental laws of sanitation
- Attend to customers orders and needs
- Participate in weekly environmental sanitation
- Record daily sales and give report to the Supervisor
- Preserve ingredients for re-use.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualifications
- Vocational training in catering and cooking course is an added advantage
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months cooking Experience.
- Organizing skills and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to pound yam and make Amala.
