Job Description
- Responsible to bring new businesses, support corporate sales team or business development teams in Servicing accounts.
- As the primary point of contact ensure clients satisfaction with the organization's product and services.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Assist clients to use the products and services and as well keep them updated about new features launched
- Maintain trackers, reports for clients interaction, product and services usage.
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
- Seek, process and execute clients request and product orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products order and services.
