Job Title: Project Support Officer

: Ibadan, Oyo

Reports To: Project Co-ordinator

Position Overview Statement
  • The position holder shall focus on meeting on-going project commitments; this includes managing resources and supporting the efforts of the territorial operations executive.
  • The project support officer is also responsible for ensuring project objectives are met, ensuring key weekly milestones are achieved; preparing weekly project updates and handling other tasks as assigned by the Project Coordinator.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Regular field visit - Pay regular field visit to sales areas to observe work flow and trade activities, with a focus on ensuring quality and ‘compliance’.
  • Project review and reporting - Prepare progress reports (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) based on a structured framework including and provide necessary feedback.
Personnel Management:
  • Support effective communications and joint working within the team and with other teams across the geo-political zones.
Fleet Management:
  • Ensure compliance/adherence to corporate fleet policies; Coordinate the purchase and/or leasing of all field equipment needs, to the specification of field operations, and in accordance with corporate budgets.
  • Other Ad-hoc Task
Person Specification
  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline
  • At least minimum of 4 years experience in managing sales projects.
  • Proficient in MS office suite.
