Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
- Accurate taking job orders and ensuring completion
- within stipulated time.
- Proper keeping of financial records.
- Creates and maintains customer reports.
- Makes recommendations to management to improve
- customer experience
Candidate:
- Passion for customer service delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Good use of Microsoft Office
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in business, finance, or related field
- Must be available full time
