Job Description
- The Director of Technology and Innovation will make all executive decisions with regards to the technological interests of Signal Alliance.
- He/She will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
- In addition, he/she will lead a team that will work with clients to define and execute technology transformation strategy to embrace the power of disruptive technologies.
Responsibilities
- Leads the technology or engineering department
- Build Practices in line with the company's vision
- Drives Innovation in the company .
- Manage a Team that delivers Technology to Customers
- Grow Technology team based on market and project demand.
- Support enterprise customers' digital transformation strategy.
- Identify and develop market opportunities of selected Technology offerings.
- Identify, develop, sell and implement technology transformation offerings according to market demand and technology trends.
- Manage project delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Successful Candidate Must:
- Have previous experience in Technology practice and leadership.
- Have led a technology team in a leading Technology Company or Enterpsise.
- Understand digital transformation technologies.
- Be commercially astute, robust and resilient
- An excellent communicator
- People oriented, adaptable and customer relationship focused
- Have experience of operating in a multi-faceted role and have demonstrated a strong track record of success to date.
