Job Title: Female Office Assistant /Tea Lady
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms and reception area is arranged in the required manner at all times.
- To assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing cups, glasses, plates and water.
- Respond to MD’s call
- To prepare tea and coffee and serve those as required, clearing and collecting used cups and washing those, and other related duties
- Perform receptionist duties -greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Any other reasonable duties like going to the bank, running errands, etc
- Turn off the AC in the reception room and lock the balcony gate at the end of the day
- And in the absence of the Cleaner, you are required to perfume all her duties.
