- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish
- Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs.
