Job Description
- Implement marketing plans and work to meet sales target.
- Meeting up with potential clients and convincing them on the need to buy a property.
- Ability to convert your prospect leads to sales of property.
- Sales focus - Landed properties at Ibeju Lekki
- Conduct Site inspections and properties visits with prospects/clients
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Generate client database
- Generate sales of properties
- Conduct Site inspections and properties visits with prospects/clients
Requirements
- Must have a strong passion for selling and marketing
- Candidate should preferably have at least 1-year experience with any Real Estate Firm or must have passion and ability to persuade clients to buy properties
- Must reside on the Island preferably Ikota/Ajah/Sangotedo/Awoyaya environs or nearby
Salary
Monthly salary plus benefits and commission.
