Nigeria Law School - This is to inform all intending applicants for admission into Bar Part II Course that the Council of Legal Education mindful of the impact of the prolonged strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has graciously approved a special session to clear the backlog of Law graduates seeking Admission to the Nigerian Law School. Applications will commence from Wednesday February 12, 2014. The session will commence on Monday April 28, 2014 simultaneously at the Headquarters Bwari, Abuja and the Campuses in Lagos, Enugu. Kano, Yola and Yenegoa.

Requirements
  • The programme is open to law graduates of Nigerian Universities and foreign trained law graduates, who have successfully completed and passed the Bar Part I Course at the Nigerian Law School.
Application Closing Date
Downloaded Application forms together with references on applicants must be completed and returned to the Nigerian Law School through the Deans of the Faculties of Law on or before Friday March 7, 2014. Late submission of application forms will not be entertained.

Intending applicants should visit the Nigerian Law School Portal at: www.mynlsp.com . For instructions on procedure for application.

Important Notice
  • Only candidates whose data were forwarded to the Nigerian Law School by Deans are eligible to apply. Each candidate must therefore confirm from his Faculty before proceeding to pay the application fee. Under no circumstance shall individual candidates approach the Nigerian Law School directly or through Parent(s)/Guardian for admission.
  • Approved re-admission candidates and cleared referred cases are to look out for their names under re-admission cadre on the Portal before applying Such candidates are to attach a copy each of then approval or clearance letters to their application forms, before forwarding such application forms directly to the Secretary to the Council/Director of Administration at the Nigerian Law School Headquarters, Abuja.
  • Applicants are to note their Application Numbers as this will be required when checking their admission status subsequently.
