We are recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the vacancy below:

Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Manager

Location: Chevron Drive, Lekki-Ajah, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups.
  • Conduct research by paying attention to market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process.
  • Build relationships to better serve clients.
  • Handle Paper works, especially in conjunction with our legal team, to prepare the documents involved in the buying/selling process.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Promoting the brand and enhancing its visibility in the market.
  • Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value
  • Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
  • Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
  • Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • BSC in any related field with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Experience managing a real estate brand.
  • Is mission-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about making a significant difference in the world
  • Has successfully used different marketing channels to build a brand.
  • Likes getting hands on and figuring out how to grow a high-potential business
  • Has strong project management skills
  • Has experience setting goals and meeting targets
  • Candidates residing around Lekki-Ajah and environs are encouraged to apply.
