Skills
- Familiar with wireless channel modeling methodologies
- Operational experience on wireless equipment (2G BTS / 3G node B / 4G eNode B
- Integrating BTS/LTE in the field and ensuring that basic tests are passed
- Designing and configuring the RNC/BSC and Interfaces
- Integrating BTS and BSC, BSC and Core network
- Monitoring the Performance of the network hardware and software
