We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Oversees the purchases and sales of properties.
• Organize incoming/outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Ensure that the properties under their care operate smoothly, maintain their appearance and either preserve or increase the value.
• Maintain timely communication with tenants and property owners.
• Monitor and complete maintenance/repairs promptly and cost effectively.
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure timely payments and collection of rent.
• Show property to prospective tenants (finding, screening & managing tenants for landlords) or buyers, explain occupancy terms and collect rent & other maintenance fees.
