Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support services to the Executive Directors and Management for realizing corporate goals.
- Typing and binding of proposals.
- Responsibility for the operation of central filing for the company.
- Ability to take note in shorthand and transcribe same.
- Writing minutes of meetings when requested
- Writing simple letters for the Management i.e. invitation letters to officials of our principals and visa applications to foreign embassies and other routine letters.
- Taking custody of confidential documents including contracts and agreements; also Executive floor/ offices and items there in.
- Making appointments for the Executive Directors and bringing same up at the appropriate time.
- Any other assignments by the Executive Directors.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working at a top level in a reputable company.
- Ability to work late even on daily basis will be an advantage.
- Should be prepared to work in Abuja.
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word including: Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Very good command of English language.
