Job Title: Operations / Customer Experience Clerk
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Tagging & taking records of all clothes picked up
- Monitor the activities of the washmen/ironers/drivers.
- In charge of quality assurance (all washed clothes & all ironed clothes must have been verified by you
- Update the daily register & ensure each worker signs to what he has washed/starched & ironed.
- Inventory taking & stock keeping (to manage / monitor the use of materials)
- All customers must have an update of their bill at least twice
- Communicate deliveries and ensure prompt deliveries.
- Ensure >70% customer retention
