Job Title: Customer Fulfilment Specialist V
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provides Order Processing, Fulfilment and Delivery services by ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of ordered products to Gloo.ng’s customers in accordance with customer demand and the requirements of the assigned routes.
- Provides courteous, timely and accurate deliveries to Gloo.ng’s customers.
- Responsible for picking and packing for shipment; prepares cases; labels packages; loads and unloads delivery vans/bikes; and replenishes stock on shelves; all in keeping with prescribed processes
- Verifies accuracy of outgoing shipments.
- Prepares receipts for products delivered to Gloo.ng’s customers.
- Maintains delivery van in proper working condition.
- Maintains accurate process log books and reports.
- Trains newly hired Fulfillment Specialists in procedures, routing, etc.
- Performs any other duties as may be required to ensure a safe and efficient delivery operation.
Qualifications
- A Good School Leaving Certificate (required).
- Very good spoken and written English (required).
- Amiable personality (required).
- Valid vehicle drivers' license and good driving record (required).
- Flexibility of work hours is (required).
- Basic computer skills (will be an advantage).
- OND & above (will be an advantage).
