Job Title: Administrative Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our client requires to fill the role of Administrative Intern
- The intern will be responsible for various administrative and communications functions within the office including office management, receptionist duties, and support for the Chief Responsibility Officer, client services and the management of the organization’s social media.
- Support for Chief Responsibility Officer
- Assists with all projects and events
- Takes minutes of all Board and Advisory Board Meetings
- Assists with tasks for the Chief Responsibility Officer
General Office and Reception Duties
- Ensures office environment is clean, presentable and hospitable
- Maintains Office supplies
- Arranges Hospitality for Meetings as needed
- Greets and attends to visitors’ needs, including directing them appropriately
- Answers incoming and outgoing communication - emails, phone calls and social media
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English Language ( Ability to speak another Nigerian Language is useful)
- Editing
- Willingness to engage children with Special Needs and Disabilities
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms
Experience Requirements:
- Previous Volunteering or work experience in Administration, Communications / Marketing will be an added advantage. Interested Candidate must be an Ogudu living person.
