We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Lagos
Duration: One (1) Month

Job Description

• We currently seek to hire a Chef who will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions.
• Supervise the Kitchen Assistant in shopping for kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Prepare meals on time and ensure prompt delivery
• Ensure all food preparation meets standards
• Ensure Stocking and cleaning of kitchen and cooking utensils.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen are observed

Qualification

• 1-3 years experience as a Chef with specialty in Asian (particularly Chinese) Cuisine.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Dedicated to food quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of proper food handling and good hygiene standards.
