Job specifications
- Our Human Resource Manager provides the means and tools to manage and grow people.
- He or she is an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all human resource functions.
- He or she partners with departmental managers, leads and manages activities while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
Requirements
Work experience:
- 4+ years experience as HR Manager in a processing or manufacturing organisation, out of which 2+ years in the agriculture or foods sector.
Abilities:
- Sound leadership ability.
- Full understanding of the way the company operates to meet its objectives.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of local employment needs, and state and federal labour laws.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to improve employee morale.
