Job Title: Sales Trainer
Locations: Kano & Sokoto
Job Description / Requirements
- Timely sign off of the training calendar.
- Class room Training and on the field coaching of the sales personnel.
- Ensuring that the training is delivered on time with at least the minimum defined number of people.
- Responsible for effective communication with business.
- Effective training delivery as per the defined Training Man days target.
- Managing the entire Zones Training Operations,
- Coordinating with all stakeholder,
- Identify training need using various tools and work with the Team Champion and create an appropriate solution to achieve the output KPI by implementing the solution across verticals and measure the Impact of it on a regular basis.
- Trainer will be responsible for overall business in Zone which means complete ownership of the business deliverables and growth.
- Training experience a must with Sales Experience in Telcom as an advantage.
- Min experience in training of At least 4 years
