PEM Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Plateau
Job Description:
- Responsible for disbursing and retirement of petty cash.
- Responsible for ensuring that all authorised payments are made promptly.
- Responsible for sending weekly financial reports to Finance Manager
- Monitoring production cost along each stage of the production process.
- Maintain Fixed asset register.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prompt rendition of all returns to the relevant regulatory bodies. All submissions must meet internal deadlines established by the Internal Auditor.
- Any other assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.
Qualification / Experience
- BSc. Accounting or any other related courses.
- 0-2 years work experience
