We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Intern (Tele Sales)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Reselling to terminated/suspended clients.
• Having accurate dossier on each client in the expired sheet particularly in relation to clients’ complaints, feedback, suggestions Recommendations and conversations.
• Ensuring more than 50% Retention rate every month in the monthly sheet.
• Performing routine calls and follow-ups to active clients.
• Ensuring effective customer service and channeling clients complaints to appropriate departments
• Must be thorough, apt and focused in Client Retention.

Requirements

• Applicant must be computer literate and must be fast at operating a task using a computer
• Must have excellent Telesales skills (Mandatory)
• Must be living within Gbagada axis
• Must be able to document and perform advisory roles.
• Graduate Intern awaiting service are welcome to apply

Remuneration
Basic 40,000 Naira Monthly.
