Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The candidate will serve as a Research Analyst for the Business Intelligence Strategy and Innovation Unit. He/She must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills.

Duties

• Data gathering and analysis
• Interpretation of data, formulating reports and making recommendations based on the research findings.
• Provide analysis of past results and perform variance analysis
• Presentation of research findings and recommendations to management.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
• Create charts, graphs, and presentations for management
• Develop recommendations to improve business operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years core experience in market research firm, capital market research, consulting, banking, insurance.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Must possess strong research skills
• Must possess moral values that aligns with the Company’s values
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Good presentation and analytical skills
• Good supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must not be older than 30 years.
