Job Title: Agency / Facility Management Surveyor
Location: Oyo
Job Descriptions
- To acquire properties for occupiers and leasing purposes
- To work across the retails, industrial and office markets alongside property researchers for new business ideas.
- To estimate rental values and predict areas of economic / social growth that could impact on the demand for private / commercial space.
- To source and acquire facility management briefs
- To liaise with all relevant colleagues and bodies for new properties.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc in the following discipline: Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology.
- M.Sc in the following discipline: Town and Country Planning.
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Membership of professional body is compulsory.
