Job Title: Account Officer
Locations: Lagos, Abuja
Job Details
- Responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Job Description
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
Job Specification
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
- Experience in a public accounting or business firm a plus
- Familiarity with general software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with accounting software a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
