Job Title: Sales Representative Supervisor (Brand Activation)

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• Our Sales Rep Supervisor ensures that our Sales Representatives keep up to the task and help to reach the objectives of the Brand Activation.
• He/She is responsible for directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets or set figures.
• He/She is also responsible for developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
• A person appointed at this job position may also be required to assist the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning.
• He/She would be supervising the various shift structures appointed to different employees or sales team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc/HND in Sales, Marketing or similar field
• 2-3 years experience in brand activation is compulsory

Salary
N100,000 / Month
