Supermart Express Services Limited is the largest online supermarket and same-day grocery delivery service in Nigeria. We are building the best way for people to shop for groceries and everyday essentials. Using their phone or PC, our customers can order online and have their groceries delivered to their office or home is in as early as 3 hours after order.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Administrative tasks:

  • Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office
  • Responsible for the overall running of the admin operation
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Human Resource tasks:

  • Recommend and execute annual staff development plan
  • Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with applicable laws
  • Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs
  • Plan and facilitating HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, employee relation
  • Develop job descriptions for current/new positions
  • Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list
  • Assist the progress of job planning and performance management
  • Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions
  • Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders
  • Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests
  • Other related assignments task as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Administration, Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Professional certification - CIPM [Added advantage]
  • At least 3 year experience working as an HR and administrative officer
  • Must have a personal laptop.
  • Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Very good in information technologies
  • Experience in team working
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)

Salary
N80,000-N100,000 / Month
