Job Title: Cashier / Service Desk
Location: Benin, Edo
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently executing cash desk operations
- Management of payment processing as well as corrections and refunding processes for customers.
- Performance tasks related to skimming, counting and change according to Operating Instructions.
- Effectively carry out customer orientation and relations functions
- Maintain a clean and tidy desk
- Provide support to Merchandizers as required
Education and Experience Requirement
- A minimum of SSCE
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in customer service or as a cashier
Skills Requirements:
- Thorough, accurate and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate and relate with customers in a very friendly way
- Having a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Energy, drive and a strong can-do attitude (getting -it-done mentality)
