Outsource Africa - Our Client, a leading and growing departmental store in Lagos is expanding her store operations to Benin and seeks to employ the services of:
Job Title: Junior Store Manager (Trainee)
Location: Edo
Job Responsibilities
- Learn intensively about the store organization and its processes by assisting the Store Manager and the Deputy Store manager in daily operations.
- Learn to develop and maintain a high level of store performance (strive for operational excellence), for running the store efficiently and for reaching the operational and financial goals.
- Aim to be able to execute all of the Store Manager's tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Higher or at least mid-level education, retail or wholesales management
- At least one year experience in the (food) retail business.
Skills Requirements:
- A keen eye for details and a fast learner
- Strong organizational skills and being a doer
- Comprehensive understanding of food quality and freshness
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be the future leader of the store
- Energy, drive and a strong can-do attitude (getting-it-done mentality)
- Ability to multitask.
