Job Title: Merchandise Leader
Location: Edo
Job Responsibilities
- Follow and respect the established routing & grouping, planograms and schemograms, carry out merchandise related tasks and work along with the Store Manager
- Ensure that price tags and indoor communications are clearly executed
- Ensure that the Merchandizers work according to the HACCP rules
- Carry out inventory and stock taking tasks with the Store Manager and Goods Receiving Manager
- Execute effective communication, leadership and team work
Education and Experience Requirements
- OND / HND Minimum qualification
- Experience in retail merchandizing, warehouse or inventory management
Skills Requirements:
- Sense for sales floor leadership (delegating & monitoring)
- Hands-on experience and ability
- Understanding the sales impact on the way products & prices are displayed
- Numerical and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Understands (local) customer preferences and buying behaviors
- Energy, drive and a strong can-do attitude (getting -it-done mentally)
- Ability to multitask.
