Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Develop new sales strategies and models.
- Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness.
- Generate leads and closeout sales.
- Discover new sales opportunities.
- Evaluate customers needs.
- Build long-lasting client relationships.
- Maintain records of all sales.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Report and provide routine feedback to team lead.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE (Waec, Neco or GCE).
- Candidates should have at 1 - 3 years experience in sales.
- Smart and should have the ability to build and manage good relationships with people.
- Accountability and ability to work independently.
- Bold, outgoing and agile.
- Knowledge of different sales techniques.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player and should have good time management skill
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
