Reporting To: The Head, Customer Complaints

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring investigation and resolution of customer complaints arising from operational and/or service failures within approved Service Level Agreement. In particular, he/she will identify root causes of complaints and propose remedial measures.

Key Requirements
  • A good first degree or its equivalent in Accounting or other Business related disciplines. Possession of additional professional qualification(s) will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of six (6) years experience in general banking and/or audit.
  • Strong understanding of the banking structure, policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to use banking applications, as well as manage security.
